    Good local pub, friendly atmosphere and customers and Staff, nice log fire when cold. Try the pickled eggs and other bar treats.

    I like this place, usually quite quiet (which I like). Nice log burning fire. Nice beers.

    EDIT - since my initial review I've been back twice for Sunday lunch. I really enjoyed it both times, tried both pork and beef. Both were excellent. Staff are really friendly moved my score from 4 to 5.
